The Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat are facing off in the third game of 2020. NBA Playoff Finals, with a 2-0 lead for the gold and purple. In the second game, the Florida Lakers couldn’t count on either Bam Adebayo or Goran Dragic. Who is in doubt for this third game?
LeBron James and Anthony Davis led Angelina’s victory in the second game by 124-114. They are giving the yellows a significant two-game lead. Besides, the Lakers convey a sense of sobriety that makes them favourites to get the coveted NBA ring.
Davis was again the offensive bastion in that game with a 32-point, 14-rebounder double-double. It joined another spectacular game by James, who still went to 33 points, nine rebounds and nine assists. The two Lakers’ cracks were seconded by a great Rajon Rondo, with a 16-point double-double and ten assists. Kyle Kuzma and Kentavious Cadwell-Pope each scored 11 points, for a total of five Angel players over 10.
Jimmy Butler, with 25 points and 13 assists, and Kevin Olynik, with 24 points and nine rebounds, led the Heat in this second game. Adebayo and Dragic’s losses noticed so Tyler Herro’s 17 points, Kendrik Nunn’s 13 points and Jae Crowder’s 12 points were not enough.
Miami’s coach Eric Spoelstra will have to see if he can recover any of his two key players for the third game, which looks to be crucial in the playoffs.
Lakers coach Frank Vogel will be trying to keep his players on their toes. The Angelino coach did not give minutes in the last game to McGee.
So he has opted for changes in the rotation of players, with more minutes for a Dwight Howard who is at a high level.
