The gaming industry has been enjoying a sustained upswing for years. The use of games has changed from a marginal phenomenon to an enthusiasm that has long since arrived in the middle of society. Now some innovations could keep the process going and offer completely new access possibilities. We have taken a look at them.

The new brilliance of 4K

The PS4 Pro is the latest console on the market that is capable of displaying 4K. The new resolution should offer the developers the chance to incorporate many new details into the games and make them even more authentic and exciting. Already the first prototypes, which came for this purpose on the market, could draw large attention on itself.

At the same time, it is crucial for the players not only to have the latest console technology at their disposal. Also, the own television set is decisive for whether the presentation corresponds to the ideas. In many households, for example, an upgrade is needed before the innovation can be fully accessed.

Games without download

Many players want the chance to access their games directly without a download. In the online casino, this wish has recently come true. In the future, it would be possible in this way to create new free spaces, which in turn could be put into practice for new controls.

There are still two major difficulties that have to be overcome on the way to establishing the VR. On the one hand, there is the spread of hardware, which is still expandable.

Many players consider the cost of a headset to be too high and are not willing to pay the corresponding price. On the other hand, the computing power of many consoles still has to increase. There it would not be possible per se to ensure a smooth presentation of the content as the players would like it to be. If these two hurdles can still be overcome, however, there is the opportunity to allow a completely new experience of the games, including the economic successes.
