Welcome Bonus Terms & Conditions

To claim your Welcome bonus, simply opt-in to receive the bonus when making your first deposit of €10 or more. Your Welcome package is only available on your first deposit unless stated otherwise.

Deposit bonus:

1. The maximum bonus amount that you can receive on your first deposit are as follows;
2. First deposit: 100% bonus up to €100.

Welcome cash spins:

1. In addition to your first deposit bonus, you will also receive 30 cash spins that can be used on either Starburst, Lights or Aloha.
2. The 30 cash spins will be available in sets of 10 over 3 consecutive days, starting from the moment your first deposit was made. The second set of 10 will be available to claim at the start of a new day (00:01 CET am) and the last set will be available at the start of the third day. Note that these cash spins need to be activated via “My bonuses” and can be used via mobile, Wunderino’s iOS app or desktop.
3. Your daily set of spins are available to claim for 24 hours. Any unclaimed and unused cash spins will expire and be forfeited unless claimed and used within the specified 24-hour period.
4. The cash spins have no wagering requirement and any winnings acquired from these spins will be paid out as cash. The welcome offer cannot be combined with any other promotional activities. In case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. Any bonuses and/or cash spins can only be used once by each household, family, address, e-mail address and IP-address. General Bonus Terms

1. You can only have one deposit bonus active at a time.
2. When placing bets your deposited money will be used first and bonus funds second. Whilst betting with an active bonus, your bets will contribute towards the wagering regardless of the outcome of the game round.
3. The bonus and deposit needs to be wagered 30 times ((D+B)x30) before a withdrawal can be made. If the wagering requirement has not been met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, your bonus will expire and forfeited together with any winnings acquired with the bonus.
4. Please observe that different games will contribute differently towards the wagering requirement:
   1. Slot games counts 100% towards the bonus wagering.
   2. Classic Slots, Video Slots, Keno, and Triple Wins counts 100% towards the bonus wagering.
   3. Table Games, Poker Games and Video Poker games count 0% towards the bonus wagering.
   4. Dead or Alive, Book of Dead and Bloodsucker counts 50% towards the bonus wagering.
5. Please note that the following games are excluded from being played whilst having bonus funds available on the account. The list of games includes; Live Casino Games, Progressive jackpots, Jackpot 6000, Mystery Joker 6000, Mega Joker, Champion of the Track, Tower Quest, Pearls of India, Lucky Angler, Big Bang, Kings of Chicago, Castle Builder, Castle Builder 2, Tomb Raider 2, Beautiful Bones and The Wishmaster.
6. The highest bet allowed when using bonus money, until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled, is €5 per spin and/or 50 eurocent per bet line. Some games also have a Gamble feature where each win in the game can be used to gamble for a higher win. The Gamble feature is not allowed to be used while playing with bonus money.

1. This bonus is only available in the casino.
2. This bonus is only available on your first three deposits.

General Rules

1. Deposit bonuses are optional and must be requested by the player when making a deposit. Please enter the “promocode” for the bonus you want to use when you are making your deposit. For example, use promocode LIFEBONUS to receive a 25% bonus. If your account is eligible for the bonus, it will be credited with the deposit.
2. Other bonuses, such as casino and poker bonuses, are optional and must be requested by the player via email, using the email address you have registered to your BetOnline account. 3. When completing rollover on a slot game, the maximum bet per spin is $10. Failure to follow this condition may result in forfeiting any winnings.
4. Using the in game “BUY FEATURE” to circumvent bonus rollover requirements may result in forfeiting any winnings.

6. Player agrees not to request a withdrawal prior to meeting all stipulations, including rollover requirements.
7. Minimum rollover requirement for both Sports and Casino bonuses are defined as [deposit + fees + bonus] multiplied by [required rollover]. For casino bonuses, you are subject to roll over the deposit amount one time in casino real cash games before withdrawing.
8. The maximum bonus is $1,000.00. And a minimum deposit of $50.00, regardless of deposit method, is required to qualify for the bonus.
9. Other promotions are offered from time to time which require higher rollover requirements. These requirements must be adhered to prior to any withdrawal request.
10. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value; a bonus only gains cash value after all stipulations, including rollover requirements, are met.

Free Play Rules

1. Free Plays can only be wagered on:

• FOOTBALL (NFL / NCAA / CFL / ARENA)
• BASEBALL (MLB)
• BASKETBALL (NBA / NCAA / WNBA)
• HOCKEY (NHL)
• SOCCER

2. Basketball, Football and Soccer Free Plays can only be used on Spreads and Totals.
3. Baseball and Hockey Free Plays can only be used on Moneylines and Totals.
4. If Bets, Parlays, Teasers and Point-Buying are not permitted using Free Plays.
5. Free Plays lose when a push or tie results.
6. Free plays and bonuses expire in 30 days. Any unused free plays at the 30 day mark will disappear from your account.
7. Free Plays can only be wagered online via the website or the mobile site. Free Play wagers cannot be made through the Call Center.
8. All Free Plays are subject to a Rollover requirement based on the Terms and Conditions of the particular promotion.
9. Only the Free Play winnings get added to your account balance. The value of the Free Play is not included.
10. The maximum winnings from any single wagered Free Play bonus is $5,000 or $5,000 cumulative from multiple Free Play bonus wagers from the same bonus.

NOTE: Unless otherwise specified by an Player Services Representative, when you receive a bonus for making a deposit you must roll over the amount you deposited (plus any fees that BetOnline may have covered), plus the Free Play bonus the specified amount of times. Wagers placed using Free Play do not qualify toward rollover calculation.

For example, if you deposit $1000 and your fees are $15, BetOnline will credit your account the full $1015 + $250 Free Play Deposit Bonus. So, if you have a ten-time rollover assigned for that deposit bonus, you must roll the entire amount (e.g. $1015 + free play) ten times. Thus, to receive a payout without forfeiting anything you won from your bonus, you must first cover the rollover amount (e.g. $1015 + Free Play times ten).

When calculating “rollover”, we use the lower of the risk/reward value as the effective value. For example, if you bet $500 on Team A to win $450, and you bet $400 on Team B to win $350, and you bet $250 on Team C to win $50, the total action applied toward fulfilling the rollover requirement would be $850 ($450 + $350 + $50).

Sportsbook bonuses can be rolled over in the Sportsbook only; no play in the casino or in the race book will count towards rollover. The same goes toward Casino Bonuses, which must be rolled over in the Casino.
