In the League of Legends, player Lee “Faker” Sang-Hyeok is one of the most famous icons of the game. A clip shows how he masterfully uses Akli to take out his opponent Lava on Azir almost flawlessly in a 1vs1.
Faker was able to isolate Lava at about the 14-minute mark and almost execute him. The most praiseworthy thing about Faker is how he dodges his opponent’s attacks and takes him apart without taking any damage himself. He simply jumps over the opponent’s attacks.
The clip now has over 230,000 video views. It is a classic 1vs1.
Faker dominates again
What is so special about this clip? The special thing about it is that such scenes are rather seen as power demonstrations in random matches – on a professional level, in a league match, such a clear dismantling doesn’t happen very often.
People rave about reddit, how “clean” Faker plays on Akali.
One says: “It was like a big boy killing a little boy in front of thousands of spectators.”
That’s how the match ended: That was a clear 2-0 win for SKT1 against HLE. Both matches lasted about 26 minutes and were a clear affair for SKT1.
New Support and Fakers Beast Mode bring SKT the victories
STK1 is doing just like that: They have recovered a bit after a difficult start.
A week ago at the Rift Rivals, we reported that SKT1 was at 3-5. But they could win the last 2 racks and are now in the LCK at 5-5. The opponents KT Rolster and HWL, however, can also be found far down in the table on the penultimate and third last place.
The current score of 5-5 at SKT1 is still not great, but it goes in the right direction.
With the Rift Rivals, SKT 1 apparently gained self-confidence. SKT1 has replaced the support. Instead of the veteran Cho “Mata” Se-hyeong Lee “Effort” Sang-ho played in the last games. And the rookie made some good plays, as dotesports reports.
Nevertheless, STK1 is still the Fakers Team. At the end of his season, he’s in top form. So it is said of fans, Faker switch to the “Beast Mode”.
