General Casino Bonus

1. Players can only have one Bonus active, at any one time.

17. No minimal risk wagering will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Should Vegas Hero discover a player conducting the behaviours detailed below, they understand that they will have any bonuses and/or winnings declared void. An administration fee of 10% may also apply at the discretion of Vegas Hero.
    • • • a. Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less) to a high weighted game (100%) after the balance is 50% or higher compared to the balance when commencing playing with low weighted games.
        • b. Delaying any game round inside any type of game, including free spin features and bonus features, to a later time when there are no more wagering requirements and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited. Players doing so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void.

Where any term/s of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a player or group of players, which due to any promotional offer results in guaranteed profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Vegas Hero reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion. In addition, Vegas Hero reserves the right to levy an administration charge on the player up to the value of the deposit bonus or any additional payment to cover administrative costs. 27. If a player knowingly attempts to circumvent Vegas Hero systems by using a virtual private network connection to participate in jackpots which they would otherwise not be eligible to participate in, they shall be deemed to have breached these Terms & Conditions. 28. If a player is a resident in a country in which gambling is illegal and they participate in jackpots or promotional offers which they would otherwise not be eligible to participate in, Vegas Hero shall retain the right to void all winnings and/or deposits made.

30. Vegas Hero reserves the right to revoke and/or cancel any bonuses, free spins or promotional prizes that we judge may have been obtained by misuse of the system.
31. Prior to any withdrawals being processed, Vegas Hero will review the player’s activity. If irregular playing patterns or game play is identified, Vegas Hero reserves the right to withhold requested withdrawals, winnings and/or block the player from accessing any products and/or services with Vegas Hero. The player will only receive the deposited funds held in the account according to the balance value minus an administrative fee of 10%.
32. Deliberately circumventing Vegas Hero bonus and/or main terms and conditions will be deemed a breach and you risk being banned plus winnings confiscated.
33. The receiver of any Bonus and the winnings generated from it shall be solely responsible for paying any relevant taxes levied in relation to the receipt of the Bonus and the winnings generated from it.

GENERAL BONUS, FRAUD, SOFTWARE BUGS & CHEATING Terms and Conditions

1.  Bonus SITE’s bonus terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and can be accessed at www.casinoroom.com/bonuses/. In the event of any conflict between the terms set out in this document and the bonus terms, the terms set out in this document will apply.
2. Bonus funds may be credited to Your account as part of a promotion, loyalty or other marketing campaigns. If a bonus campaign has in any way been misconfigured, SITE has the right to alter player balances and account details to correct the mistake.
3. Bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn/paid-out, but must be used for the placing of bets.
4. Depending on the promotion, these credits may be convertible to real money funds after fulfilling a specific set of Terms and Conditions associated with the promotion.
5. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses require a minimum deposit of €10 or the equivalent in any other currency and a 75x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, before a Player can withdraw any winnings derived from use of such bonus. A bonus credit must be used within 7 days of it being credited to Your account or else it will expire.
6. It is necessary to complete any bonus wagering requirements before cashing out any winnings derived from the use of such bonus monies.
7. Player agrees that the maximum win from any free spins welcome bonus and subsequent bets without making a deposit will be capped at €100/$100 or the equivalent in any other currency.
8. 9. Only those games listed in ‘bonus games’ can be played with bonus money and count towards the bonus wagering requirements. These games are excluded from play and Player agrees that any winnings accrued on these games whilst a bonus is active may be deemed void.
10. SITE reserves the right to review transaction records and game logs and upon such a review should SITE at its sole discretion deem a player to be participating in promotional abuse either on their own or as part of a group, SITE reserves the right to: a. Void the bonus and any associated winnings and/or b. Revoke, deny or withdraw a bonus offer from the Player, and/or c. Exclude Player from future promotional offers, and/or d. Terminate the Account with immediate effect 9.11 In case of any bonus Terms and Conditions in different languages, the prevailing language shall be English.
11. Fraud Any form of fraudulent activity on the SITE, as determined at SITE’s sole discretion, is strictly prohibited.
12. Fraudulent activity may include, but is not limited to, stolen credit cards forgery, collusion, and the provision of false Registration Data or other requested information.
13. In addition to any other remedies provided under these Terms and Conditions, the SITE may pursue claims for criminal prosecution and/or civil damages for any fraudulent activities.
14. SITE is committed to fair play and to combating fraudulent activity and has zero tolerance towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. Any Player involved in any form of suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
15. Software Bugs Player agrees not to attempt to exploit any error, virus, bug, defect or inconsistency (“Bug”) found in the Software, to their advantage, or to the disadvantage of other players, at any time.
16. Furthermore, Player agrees to report any such Bug to customer service immediately upon discovery of same.
17. If the Services contains a bug or misconfiguration that causes incorrect behaviour or payout, SITE has the right to remove the game and void any related Bets and winnings, which were placed after the Bug began causing incorrect behaviour on a game.
18. Cheating Any form of cheating on the SITE, as determined at SITE’s sole discretion, is strictly prohibited.
19. Cheating includes any form of manipulation of the outcome of the hand or game so that the odds of winning are changed to favour the Player. In particular, and without limitation, cheating includes any form of ‘collusion’ as that term is commonly understood in the industry.
20. In addition to any other remedies provided under these Terms and Conditions, the SITE may pursue claims for criminal prosecution and/or civil damages any form of cheating.
