1.2. How to use the Bonus

1. Bonuses can be used only in video slots of specific game studios. All bonus eligible game icon images are marked with ‘bonus’ badge. These are video slots from the following game studios: BetConstruct, Endorphina, Habanero, iSoftBet, NetEnt, Playson, Pragmatic.

1.3. How to withdraw winnings from the Bonus

1. All bonuses have specific requirements that need to be met before the bonus and all winnings become available for withdrawal. For deposit bonuses, the gaming amount is required to be wagered 35 times in bonus eligible games while free bonuses are required to be wagered 99 times, unless stated otherwise in the promotional description. If the bonus requirements are not met during the 7 days after the bonus was activated, the bonus will expire.
2. Important 1: Please be aware that the maximum bet allowed per game round during bonus play is 8% of the value of the bonus credited to your account, but not higher than 5 EUR/USD/GBP/AUD/CAD/NZD or 50 SEK/NOK/DKK

When the bonus requirements are met, the bonus balance will be automatically moved to the real money balance. However, the withdrawal can still be made, but it will permanently deactivate the bonus and cancel all winnings made by using it. For the customer’s convenience, a bonus payout can be automatically adjusted to a maximum allowed amount upon successful bonus conversion, if necessary.

1. Customers have to accept free spins when they launch the game, by clicking on the green check mark, otherwise free spins will be cancelled.

4. CASHBACK / REBATE TERMS

4.1. What rebate is and how it works

1. Rebate is a kind of refund, not full of course, but partial. It returns a share of what you lost on the previous day.
2. There are no limitations to the maximum allowed rebate payment you can receive, but to receive it, you have to generate minimum specified rebate payment amount in a single game during a day. This is the only requirement.

4.2. Things you should know

5. TERMS THAT APPLY TO ALL PROMOTIONS

5.1. Promotional Abuse

1. The Casino has a zero tolerance policy towards promotional abuse and offer-related fraudulent activity on accounts. Promotions at the Casino are intended as reward to regular and valued customers. In order to continuing giving the best possible offers to valued customers, it is necessary to ensure that promotional abuse does not take place.    10. Bonus stacking (where multiple deposits are made to claim multiple bonuses or free spins, before original bonus or free spin wagering requirements are met)
3. Players agree that games may become open to abuse against best efforts of the Casino to limit such abuse. Should such situation arise, the Casino will to the best of its ability to impose specific conditions in relation to awarded offers and will expect the user to act within the boundaries of reason and refrain from employing game play with intent to abuse said offer.

5.2. Other

1. All promotion launch and expiration dates are in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
2. The Casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at anytime. 3. If a customer is deemed by the Casino to use any form of promotional offer or bonus to intentionally create a positive expected or estimated value, any credited bonus amounts shall be cancelled and subtracted from the customer’s account.
4. All the promotional offers are at the sole discretion of the Casino and may be cancelled, edited or expire at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow any changes.
5. The General Bonus Terms are subject at all times to Terms and Conditions.

QueenVegas Bonus Policy

1. This Bonus Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use and thus come into effect with the Terms and Conditions of Use. Any general terms of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall apply to the Bonus Policy, except where explicitly excluded.

General Terms

       Wagering Requirements

   33. Bonus wagering requirements are displayed as Points to Redeem in the Bonus page in the Personal Area.
   34. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion offer, Bonuses (including winnings from Free Spins) given with a deposit offer carry a wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the total amount, e.g. If you deposit €10 and obtain a €10 bonus, you would have to wager 30 times the aggregate amount, in this case being €20 (deposit + bonus).    37. Wagering only counts for one bonus at a time according to the following rules:
       1. If there are bonuses restricted to a specific game or games, wagering will contribute to these bonuses first if that specific game is played.
       2. If multiple bonuses are active with different wagering conditions, the wagering will be applied to the relevant bonus first in date order
       3. If there are two active bonuses with identical conditions, wagering will contribute to the bonuses in date order.
       4. Please note that you will always first wager your real money funds and only when they are fully wagered, you will then start wagering your Bonus Balance.
   38. If a bonus has not been used (turnover requirement met or lost) within 30 days, the bonus amount will be cancelled and removed from your account unless you have a real money balance.
   39. Unless otherwise stated you have up to 24 hours to meet the wagering requirements for Free Bonuses (non-deposit bonus, refer a friend, free spins received for free) before the bonus and any winnings are removed.
   40. In the case that bonus money is wagered and lost, but not all wager requirements were met, the next deposit made to your account, providing you don’t have any open games, will automatically reset the bonus as Consumed and it will not be necessary to complete the remaining wager requirements. If you want to continue your game session and make sure that your bonus gets Consumed, please contact support after your deposit. Irregular Play/Fair Play

If, upon such a review, it appears that a customer is participating in irregular play that We, in our sole discretion deems to be abusive, We reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such a customer to any promotion.
2. We reserve the right to refuse or void a bonus and/or winnings in the event of funds being cancelled or denied or disputed by any payment service or payment provider or by the user himself.
3. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play. The wording ‘Irregular play’ may include but is not wholly restricted to any one or more of the following types of play: Low margin betting, equal betting, zero risk bets or hedge betting are considered irregular gaming when done purposely to exploit bonuses. In addition to this, the following are considered irregular playing patterns:

10Bet Bonuses Terms & Conditions

   12. Withdrawals requested before the bonus rollover requirements have been met shall result in cancellation of the promotion and any funds in your Casino Bonus Account and corresponding winnings shall be forfeited.
   13. A maximum of €5 will contribute towards the wagering of any bonus bets. In the case of bonus bets that are higher than the maximum acceptable amount, 10bet casino reserves the right to invalidate the bets contribution.
   14. Your play shall be reviewed for irregular gaming patterns. Equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus wagering purposes. Irregular game play also include but is not limited to: (1) placing single wagers (including ‘gamble feature’ spin bets) from Casino Bonus Account equal to or higher than €5 until bonus roll-over completion; (2) placing large bets from Casino Bonus Account which result in a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or more than 75% of the previous average bet size until bonus roll-over completion; or (3) placing bets from Casino Bonus Account on table games or video poker, and upon winning more than twice the value of the bonus credited to their account, switching to play slot games until the bonus roll-over requirements have been met. Should 10Bet detect, at its sole discretion, irregular game play, it reserves the right to withhold any Withdrawals and/or confiscate any associated winnings.
