1. No Deposit Bonuses

Unless stated otherwise, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.1. The bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 50 times for slot games (namely, video slots, 3-reel slots, keno, bingo, and scratch cards) or card games (Video poker, Blackjack, Blackjack multi-hand, Tri-Card Poker, Three Card Rummy, and Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker) and 60 times for roulette games (American and European roulette with outside bets disabled). 1.2. The maximum withdrawal amount (unless otherwise stated) from a No Deposit bonus in an amount valued at or below $50 is twice the face value of the bonus. All No Deposit Bonuses valued above $50 come with a cash-out limit equal to the value of the bonus. No Deposit Bonuses cannot have max cash-out of over $100. Please note that some offers may include a max cash-out condition equal to 3 times the bonus amount, which is to be stated in Terms and Conditions of a particular bonus.

1.3. Players cannot claim multiple free bonuses consecutively. Claiming more than one No Deposit Bonus automatically voids winnings to be withdrawn.

1.4. All No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the Wager Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits listed above (unless otherwise stated).

1.5. Once a player has met the Wager Requirements and is able to make a withdrawal, any amount that is over the Maximum Withdrawal Limit will be removed from the balance, as the player will not be able to withdraw these funds.

1.6. Redemption of no deposit bonus is only entitled to one account per person, per household or per computer. Customers with multiple accounts who are redeeming just free bonuses or coupons could be grounds for locking all accounts with all transactions on winnings forfeited.

1.7. Each no deposit promo offered may have different restrictions depending on the promotion sent by the casino and/or its affiliates. Please read the restriction on the free cash bonus before using it. Improper use of the no deposit bonus may result in forfeiture of winnings.

1.8. No deposit bonuses cannot be used to play the progressive games; usage of the free bonuses in progressive games would nullify all winnings.

1.9. Additional terms and conditions of the No Deposit Bonuses:

Upon requesting for the withdrawal of the winnings, the player shall place at least one deposit to verify the account in the system. The list of documents listed in p. 8 (Withdrawal Procedure at BoVegas online casino) shall be provided prior to requesting for the withdrawal. The min amount of the withdrawal starts with $100; following up on that, the player will be required to place a deposit, equal to the difference between min withdrawal amount and max cashout won from the No Deposit Bonus (unless otherwise stated). The amount of the placed deposit shall be additionally subject to bets in the face amount of the deposit done prior to requesting for the cashout.

 

2. Free Chips

Unless stated otherwise, all Free Chips are subject to the following terms and conditions:

2.1. The bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 40 times for slot games (namely, Video slots, 3-reel slots, Keno, Bingo, and Scratch Cards); 45 times for card games (Video poker, Blackjack, Blackjack multi-hand, Tri-Card Poker, Three Card Rummy, and Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker); or 60 times for roulette (American and European roulette; with outside bets disabled). The player will not be allowed to place bets / stakes on games other than stated under Terms and Conditions of the Free Chips (unless otherwise stated).

2.2. The max withdrawal amount (unless otherwise stated) from the Free Chip is 5 (five) times the face value of the bonus.

2.3. Players cannot request for multiple Free Chips consecutively. If the player has played with one Free Chip and is subsequently willing to claim another one, a real-money deposit needs to be made in the interim for the player to be eligible to claim the second Free Chip. Please note that in order to qualify for the Free Chip, there shall be at least $60 deposit (either in total or by one transaction since the last Free Chip played, unless otherwise offered by Account manager). Any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, s/he will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

2.4. All Free Chips are subject to the Wager Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits listed above.

2.5. Once the player has met the Wager Requirements, any amount that is over the Maximum Withdrawal Limit will be removed from the player’s playable balance, as s/he will not be able to withdraw these funds.

2.6. While mixing deposits and Free Chips is not allowed, BoVegas Online Casino is aware that this may happen from time to time. If, for whatever reason, you make a deposit while using a Free Chip, the wagering requirements and maximum allowed cashout of the mentioned bonus will still apply. 2.7. The Player’s account balance must be $1.00 or less in order to claim any promotion other than a deposit bonus.

2.8. If the customer plays any game different from the allowed ones as indicated on the coupon, winnings will be void.

2.9. Free chips cannot be used to play the progressive games; usage of the free chip in progressive games would nullify all winnings and transactions.

2.10. Management reserves the right to lock or close any account abusing the free chip promotions offered by the casino.

 

3. Free Spins

Unless stated otherwise, all Free Spins offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

3.1. Free Spins apply exclusively to one particular slot game.

3.2. Player account balance must be less than $1 in order to claim any Free Spins offer.

3.3. The amount of money won with Free Spins has to be wagered 40 times for the following games: European Slot Poker, Video slots, 3-reel slots, Keno, Bingo, and Scratch Cards.

4. Match Bonuses

4.1. 4.2. The player shall not place bets / stakes on games other than stated under Terms and Conditions of the Match bonus (unless otherwise stated); otherwise, the winnings might be void due to playing excluded games.

4.3. Match Bonuses for roulette games (American and European Roulette): the total playable amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered a minimum of 60 times (unless otherwise stated). The player shall not place bets / stakes on games other than stated under Terms and Conditions of the Match bonus; otherwise, the winnings might be void due to playing excluded games. Should the player be identified in placing outside bets while playing Roulette games with bonuses or using any kind of Roulette strategy (like Martingale or other), the casino management reserves the right to void the winnings.

4.4. If a Player has chosen to use a bonus or promotion, it is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that any applicable Wagering requirements are met before requesting a withdrawal. Failure to meet the wagering requirements will result in the withdrawal request being denied.

4.5. Claiming multiple bonuses: The player may not mix or combine promotions / bonuses. If multiple bonuses are mixed, the player’s casino winnings may be removed at the time of withdrawal. 5. Weekly Cashback

5.1. Weekly CashBack is credited Sunday through Monday for certain player classes with no pending withdrawals in place, no withdrawals executed over the previous 7 days and with an active balance under $1. 6. Comp Points

6.1. Comp points are accrued while playing games at the casino.

6.2. Every time you wager $10 in bets, you earn 1 Comp Point, 100 Points = $1. The minimum amount of Comp Points that can be redeemed is 100. VIP customers earn more comp points for every wager made, according to the player’s VIP class – for more details, please address to your VIP host.

6.3. There is neither wagering attached nor max cashout to the comp points once redeemed.

6.4. Match bonuses cannot be claimed on top of the comp points redeemed as both are recognized as different types of bonuses.

6.5. Any comp points accrued before the first successful deposit, or any winnings derived from them are subject to the maximum cashout restriction of the no deposit bonus used.

 

7. Additional Terms and Conditions applicable to all the bonuses

7.1. Only players who have registered Real Money Accounts are eligible to receive Promotions. Only one Real Money Account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be suspended. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any bonuses or winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled and winnings void.

7.2. BoVegas online casino allows only one active account per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number.

7.3. Unless otherwise specified by the Casino; all promotional funds (bonus amount) stay in the house upon completing the wagering. Bonus money serves to enhance play and help to generate winnings; however, cannot be withdrawn as part of the winnings. The bonus will not be returned to the account but deducted from winnings by the Casino upon withdrawal. At the point of cashing out the winnings, all bonus money will be removed from the total amount of cash won by playing at the Casino.

7.4. In order to claim a promotion, the Player shall redeem one before placing any bets after successful deposit made. 7.7. Bonuses might be void at the discretion of the management if abuse of promotions is suspected. 7.8. Unless otherwise stated under bonus terms and conditions, playing on the following games while on a bonus will void all winnings accrued while using a bonus: Baccarat, Craps, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, Sic Bo and War. 7.9. If a Player decides to take a bonus or promotion, it is the Player’s sole responsibility to check that any associated wagering requirements are met by contacting Customer Support before requesting a cash-out. 7.10. Wagers placed on each type of game will contribute different amounts towards the wagering requirement in corresponding bonuses taken:

For example, $1 wagered on Slots will reduce the wagering requirement by $1, while $1 wagered on Video Poker will reduce the wagering requirement by $0.25.

7.11. If a bonus has a time frame and the conditions are not met within this time frame, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be removed.

7.12. If players do not wish to receive bonuses, then they can play with no restrictions by simply not redeeming any coupons.        Wagering Requirements

   33. Bonus wagering requirements are displayed as Points to Redeem in the Bonus page in the Personal Area.
   34. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion offer, Bonuses (including winnings from Free Spins) given with a deposit offer carry a wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the total amount, e.g. If you deposit €10 and obtain a €10 bonus, you would have to wager 30 times the aggregate amount, in this case being €20 (deposit + bonus). If a Bonus (including winnings from Free Spins) is not awarded as a part of a deposit offer Or if the total bonus amount (from bonuses and Free Spins winnings) is greater than the deposit amount made to claim the offer, the offer will carry a wagering requirement of sixty (60) times on the bonus amount only.
   35. We have 3 different types of wagering that we apply to our bonuses. Unless otherwise stated the bonus has standard wagering terms. Games that are included within the below wagering groups count towards the wagering requirements of a bonus:

   37. Wagering only counts for one bonus at a time according to the following rules:
       1. If there are bonuses restricted to a specific game or games, wagering will contribute to these bonuses first if that specific game is played.
       2. If multiple bonuses are active with different wagering conditions, the wagering will be applied to the relevant bonus first in date order
       3. If there are two active bonuses with identical conditions, wagering will contribute to the bonuses in date order.
       4. Please note that you will always first wager your real money funds and only when they are fully wagered, you will then start wagering your Bonus Balance.
   38. If a bonus has not been used (turnover requirement met or lost) within 30 days, the bonus amount will be cancelled and removed from your account unless you have a real money balance.
   39. Unless otherwise stated you have up to 24 hours to meet the wagering requirements for Free Bonuses (non-deposit bonus, refer a friend, free spins received for free) before the bonus and any winnings are removed.
   40. In the case that bonus money is wagered and lost, but not all wager requirements were met, the next deposit made to your account, providing you don’t have any open games, will automatically reset the bonus as Consumed and it will not be necessary to complete the remaining wager requirements. If you want to continue your game session and make sure that your bonus gets Consumed, please contact support after your deposit. Any abuse of this in order to avoid completing bonus wagering will result in all winnings being removed, and your deposit potentially being confiscated.
   41. If you have a bonus consumed/cancelled/expired, either by the system or due to your own request, and the wagering was not completed, all your winnings will be removed including any pending/unclaimed winnings from games/promotions you played whilst you had the bonus.

Irregular Play/Fair Play

1. We reserve the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such a review, it appears that a customer is participating in irregular play that We, in our sole discretion deems to be abusive, We reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such a customer to any promotion.
2. We reserve the right to refuse or void a bonus and/or winnings in the event of funds being cancelled or denied or disputed by any payment service or payment provider or by the user himself.
3. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play. The wording ‘Irregular play’ may include but is not wholly restricted to any one or more of the following types of play: Low margin betting, equal betting, zero risk bets or hedge betting are considered irregular gaming when done purposely to exploit bonuses. In addition to this, the following are considered irregular playing patterns:
   1. Increasing the balance then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game type, bet structure, etc) in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus.
   2. Using any betting system, or placing even money bets on Baccarat and Roulette.
   3. Wagering to meet an award in one currency, and then changing currency to a stronger currency before the award is added to your account.
4. If We suspect a player has or is abusing a bonus offer/s, either on his own or in association with partners, We reserve the right to rescind the bonus or bonuses, void any winnings and close the relevant player/s accounts.
5. If you have a pending withdrawal at the time of claiming a free bonus the casino reserves the right to void all subsequent winnings from that bonus including the bonus amount.
6. Promotions and bonuses are there to reward our valued players – We have zero tolerance policy on bonus abuse and fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to block bonuses from any player who is deemed to be abusing our promotions. If fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected, We reserve the right to remove bonuses and winnings from the account.
7. Fair play means depositing with the intention of playing / risking the funds you deposited with.
8. Bonuses/Free Spins Winnings with zero wagering are subject to Fair Play. Any player that takes advantage of such offers, and attempts to withdraw without adhering to Fair Play, will have all their winnings confiscated and be restricted from taking any future offers.
