At the King’s Resort Rozvadov the €200+€30 German Poker Masters record event is running at full speed.
After six of 13 live start days and six of seven on-line flights on partypoker already 1,138 Entries hit six of live start days to beech. For reaching the sum guaranteed of €1,103,500 (including ten €10,350 WSOP Europe Main Event tickets), one needs 5,808 starts. The past record for the largest tournament in the King’s stands with 6.371 Entries, set up with the Czech Poker Masters in April. For the German Poker Masters, the organizer counts with well 7,500 Entries and goes thus on a record hunt.
On Wednesday the day 1e of the €200+€30 German Poker Masters Event took place at 1 pm. Here 76 players at the tables came together, and 31 of them still used the Re-Entry. It started with 30,000 in chips, and each level lasted 30 minutes. In the end, eleven players (10% of the entries) were allowed to bag their chips for day 2. Guido Budack (GER) won the chip lead of day 1e with 573,000 (57.5 big blinds).
In the evening day, 1f was played. Here one could book further 89 players and 45 Re-Entries. 14 protagonists (10% of the entries) made it through the day. German Niklas Johannes Gruendel grabbed the chip lead with 734,000 (73.5 big blinds).
So far, 118 poker cracks have already leapt into day 2 and thus secured the min-cash of €400. The Italian Luigi Bossio currently holds the overall chip lead with 830,000 (83 big blinds).
On Sunday at 4 pm the live day 2 starts in level 16 with blinds 5.000/10.000 (Big Blind Ante). Then each level lasts 40 minutes. The current average is 289,322 (29 big blinds).
