How to use a Bonus

Wagering

1. For all bets, placed bets are deducted from your cash balance first. If no cash balance is available, then the bet placed is deducted from your bonus balance.

Withdrawal

1. To ensure a more efficient and faster withdrawal process, please send the documents required according to our Withdrawal Policy to [email protected] .
2. Bonus funds are virtual funds which cannot be withdrawn.

2. Bonus mechanism

Your qualifying deposit amount, Bonus and any winnings generated from both (together constituting the “Bonus Balance”) are locked until the wagering requirements are met, the Bonus expires or forfeited.
