The last participants of the eWorld Cup 2019 have not yet been determined. During the PS4 FIFA playoffs, there will be the last chance to collect points.
After the best players from all over the world have been collecting points throughout the season, it’s finally time for the PS4 experts among them to prove themselves against each other in the Global Series playoffs.
There is the chance to score some points for the last few metres, as only the top 16 of both consoles will be invited to the prestigious FIFA eWorld Cup 2019.
FIFA just announced a few days ago when and where exactly this will take place.
Big favourite from South America
Argentinian Nicolas ”nicolas99fc” Villalba, who plays for FC Basel, is currently at the top of the stairs in the PS4 points ranking with a proud score of 8170 with a good margin.
For comparison, the second-placed Corentin “Maestro” Thuillier, who plays for Vitality FIFA 19, has a total of 5827 points. Only in fourth place comes Mohammed “MoAuba” Harkous, a German player with 4105 points.
Who will get 1800 points and 75,000 dollars?
There is still a lot to be done, as the first-placed playoff player will be able to increase his score by another 1800 points. The winner will also receive 75,000 US dollars.
Each of the PS4 players, who are currently in the top 60, still have the chance to win their ticket to the eWorld Cup. Also among the top German riders are Erhan “Dr. Erhano” Kayman (2550 points) and Tim “TheStrxngeR” Katnawatos (2500 points).
The playoffs for the Xbox One players had already taken place the weekend before and had some surprising results.
The British prodigy Donovan “F2Tekkz” Hunt could not win there, but Tom “Rebel Stokes” Stokes was beaten. For the eWorld-Cup qualification, it was of course enough with 13265 points.
Here, too, three German players prevailed and won a place in the big final tournament of the season: Michael “MegaBit” Bittner, Niklas “NRaseck” Raseck and Dylan “DullenMIKE” Neuhausen.
