Game Story

MILWAUKEE (Ticker) -- The Milwaukee Bucks may wish they could erase last week's blockbuster trades.
Cliff Robinson led six players in double figures with 20 points as the Phoenix Suns rolled to a 110-92 victory that dropped the Bucks to 0-4 since Thursday's trade deadline.
After Milwaukee took its only lead at 8-6, Robinson and Jason Kidd each scored four points in a 15-0 run that gave the Suns a 21-8 lead midway through the first quarter and it only got worse for the Bucks.
"This was the first blowout we had this year," Phoenix coach Danny Ainge said. "This was the best first quarter all year. Our defense played well tonight. The key to tonight's game was the Bucks had no shot blocking. We were bigger tonight and hit some big shots."
Robinson's 15-footer capped a 13-2 run that gave Phoenix a 58-26 advantage with 3:28 remaining in the second quarter. The Suns settled for a 63-36 bulge at the intermission, resulting in considerable garbage time in the second half.
"Our energy was there and we had guys comfortable tonight, which is an asset for us," said Tom Gugliotta, who added 19 points for the Suns. "We were getting good shots. Everything was flowing. We moved well and got good shots."
Phoenix posted its second straight double-figure victory, defeating the Houston Rockets, 104-90, Sunday, but the Suns had to rally from behind in the fourth quarter for that win.
The Bucks sent guard Terrell Brandon to Minnesota as part of a three-team, nine-player deal that brought guard Sam Cassell and forward Chris Gatling to Milwaukee. The Bucks also sent forwards Tyrone Hill and Jerald Honeycutt to the Philadelphia 76ers for forward Tim Thomas and center Scott Williams.
Cassell, sidelined most of the season due to a sprained right ankle, has not played since joining the Bucks.
Tom Gugliotta scored 19 points and George McCloud added 14 for the Suns, who have won 15 of their last 16 against Milwaukee.
"We just got our butts kicked," Milwaukee forward Glenn Robinson said. "We have to stop the bleeding, keep our heads up, and play like we played six or seven games ago. We still have work to do."
Kidd collected 12 points, seven rebounds and eight assists after recording his fifth triple-double of the season in Sunday's 104-90 win over the Houston Rockets.
"We are at our best when everyone touches the ball and makes the extra pass," Kidd said. "We got the ball to everyone, got layups and open shots. It was huge to get off to a good start on the road trip."
Dell Curry scored 18 points and Thomas added 17 for the Bucks, who have dropped four straight for the first time under first-year coach George Karl.
"Like the first exhibition game of the season, we got to look at a lot of people and we got to play a lot of people," Karl said. "We just had a gone game. They picked us apart and our transition was awful early."
Phoenix shot 54 percent (38-of-71) from the field and held a 43-27 edge in rebounds. Suns' starters outscored the Bucks' first five, 68-40.
Phoenix made 28-of-31 foul shots while Milwaukee made 16-of-23.
