2. Bonus mechanism

2.1. If not otherwise stated, €20 (or currency equivalent) is the default minimum to claim “deposit needed” Free Spins. The deposit also needs to be wagered 1 x before any withdrawal can be made resulting from the free spins.

5. Free money bonuses

5.1. These terms are general for any Free Money Bonuses promotion offered. Terms can vary from promotion to promotion. Unless nothing else is stated these rules apply.

5. SITE reserves the right to review transaction records and game logs and upon such a review should SITE at its sole discretion deem a player to be participating in promotional abuse either on their own or as part of a group, SITE reserves the right to: a. Void the bonus and any associated winnings and/or b. Revoke, deny or withdraw a bonus offer from the Player, and/or c. Exclude Player from future promotional offers, and/or d. 11. Fraud Any form of fraudulent activity on the SITE, as determined at SITE’s sole discretion, is strictly prohibited.

14. SITE is committed to fair play and to combating fraudulent activity and has zero tolerance towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. Any Player involved in any form of suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
15. Software Bugs Player agrees not to attempt to exploit any error, virus, bug, defect or inconsistency (“Bug”) found in the Software, to their advantage, or to the disadvantage of other players, at any time.
16. Furthermore, Player agrees to report any such Bug to customer service immediately upon discovery of same.
17. If the Services contains a bug or misconfiguration that causes incorrect behaviour or payout, SITE has the right to remove the game and void any related Bets and winnings, which were placed after the Bug began causing incorrect behaviour on a game.
18. Cheating Any form of cheating on the SITE, as determined at SITE’s sole discretion, is strictly prohibited.
19. Cheating includes any form of manipulation of the outcome of the hand or game so that the odds of winning are changed to favour the Player. In particular, and without limitation, cheating includes any form of ‘collusion’ as that term is commonly understood in the industry.
20. In addition to any other remedies provided under these Terms and Conditions, the SITE may pursue claims for criminal prosecution and/or civil damages any form of cheating.

2.4 Terms and Conditions for Intertops Casino Bonus

Deposit bonuses that are exclusive to our Casino have to be redeemed with the specific Coupon Code in the “Redeem Coupon” section of the cashier in the casino client. This must be done BEFORE the deposit is made. A bonus cannot be credited in retrospect.

Only one bonus per customer can be active at any time. General Intertops Deposit Bonus offers

Slot Tournaments

The Tournament Buy-In will be deducted from your Real Money account balance. Bonuses cannot be used for Buy-Ins to Slot Tournaments.

The Intertops Bonus Rules apply to the Slot Tournament Buy-Ins. If you use the playable balance originating from a no-deposit bonus to enter a tournament, the maximum payout of 5 times the bonus will be applied to any tournament winnings.

Freeroll Tournaments are only for depositing customers. If a customer has never deposited, then they are ineligible for our Freeroll Tournaments.

If you are disconnected from the system during tournament play, the following rules apply: If you are disconnected during play, the slot will not spin on your behalf.
