Highroller Bonus terms & conditions

Reload / Deposit Bonuses:

1. Reload Bonuses (or Deposit Bonuses) may be offered to you from time to time. Upon a qualifying deposit, they will match your deposit by a certain percentage, which will be indicated on the specific offer.
2. Unless otherwise stated, all Reload Bonuses need to be wagered a minimum of 35x before the funds can be withdrawn. You won’t be able to withdraw your qualifying deposit until the wagering requirements have been met. Once your Reload Bonus has been claimed, your funds will be used in the following order: 1/ Any funds required to trigger the bonus 2/ bonus funds 3/ any remaining funds. Free Bets:

1. Free Bets might be awarded on occasion. They will give you a certain amount of Bonus funds, which will be locked to one or several specific games.
2. You will not be able to withdraw or otherwise use the Free Bet funds before you place the Free Bet on the indicated game or games in full.
3. Only one Free Bet can be claimed at any given time. Free Bets cannot be ‘stacked’.
4. Once claimed, and unless otherwise stated, you have three days to play the Free Bet funds. After three days, they will expire.

Coins:

1. Coins are Highroller Casino’s virtual currency.
2. Coins are not subject to wagering requirements.
3. Coins can be traded at the Shop for a variety of offers, including Free Spins, Free Bets and Cash Prizes (depending on availability).
4. 20 coins will be awarded to all players creating an account at Highroller Casino.
5. A further 5 coins per day for the next 4 days will be awarded to all newly registered players, as long as they log in once a day.
6. To keep receiving 5 coins per day every day you log in, you must level up at least once every 5 days.

Stings:

1. Stings are mini-games awarded to players once per level at Highroller Casino, where you randomly pick an inactive player and loot (or take) a share of their Coins.
2. Stings are unlocked by progressing through Metrocity’s Districts.

Level Up Rewards:

1. Customers “level up” at Highroller Casino when they reach a new Metrocity District.
2. To reach a new District, customers must play casino games at Highroller Casino.
3. Only bonus money or real money rounds played with a €0.10 minimum bet count towards the level up progress.
4. “Play for free” game rounds do not count towards the level up progress.
5. Free Spin rounds do not count for the level up progress.
6. Gameplay on different games will contribute differently towards the level up progress:
   * Video Slots – 1 round = 1 level up point.
   * Scratch Card – 1 round = 1 level up point.

7. Upon reaching a new level, customers will receive a randomly defined set of rewards, which may include: Free Spins, Free Bets, Cash Prizes.
8. All level up rewards are wager-free.
9. All level up rewards will expire if not claimed from the “Rewards” section within 3 days after being awarded.

Wagering and Game Weighing:

1. Some rewards have wagering requirements, which means you’ll have to play through your Bonus Funds a certain number of times before you can withdraw any winnings.
2. If you have both real money and Bonus Funds on your account, your real money will be used first.
3. If you choose to request the withdrawal of your deposit before you have completed the wagering requirements of the reward, your bonus and respective winnings will be forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

Bonus abuse:

1. Bonuses at Fantasino are intended as reward to regular and valued customers. In order to continuing giving the best possible bonuses to valued customers, it is necessary to ensure that bonus abuse does not take place.
2. Accordingly, before any withdrawals are processed, all play will be reviewed for irregular playing patterns that may constitute bonus abuse.
