Casinoland Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. All bonuses are limited to one per person, one per household, one per computer or one per IP unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to close any accounts and void any bets, bonus and winnings if the account was created or used through the use of IP or geolocation masking technologies (including but not limited to VPN, Proxy Servers etc).
2. The deposit and possible winnings connected to the bonus will be locked to the casino until the wagering requirements have been completed.
3. Players from the following countries are not permitted to receive the first deposit bonus and or any deposit bonuses unless otherwise stated: Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Ukraine, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Russia, and Thailand.
4. If not stated otherwise each offer is valid only during the date it was originally sent.
5. All casino bonuses need to be wagered at least 40x unless otherwise stated. For example, if you received a bonus of €50, you will need to make bets of €2000 to complete the wagering requirements. Some games do not contribute 100% towards wagering requirements as stated in term 6.

   5. **The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to games such as Scrooge, Devil’s Delight, Champion of the Track, Robin Hood, The Wish Master, Castle Builder, Castle Builder 2 and Tower Quest can result in the winnings being voided.
7. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play when playing with bonus tied funds, if players are found to have committed or attempted to commit bonus abuse, Casinoland reserve the right to exclude the Account Holder from any future promotional offers, and terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.
8. *Irregular or abusive play with bonus funds includes, but is not limited to:
   1. -Exceed maximum bet
   2. -Breach of bonus terms and conditions
   3. -Opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses
   4. -Betting on low risk roulette bets which include any outside spread combination on covering 25 or more of the numbers on the table or betting Red and Black, Odd or Even.
9. Until the wagering requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed with bonus tied funds is €5. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed. For example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black.
10. Should you play on the excluded games (0%) before meeting the wagering requirements, you agree that Casinoland hold the right to void any winnings made from such games at its discretion.
11. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering conditions. However, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
12. All deposit and free cash bonuses will expire after 30 days.
13. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus.
14. Bets are deducted from the player’s cash balance. If no cash balance is available, then the bet placed is deducted from the player’s bonus balance.
15. Bonuses can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met. Please contact Casinoland support or use the forfeit button under the “My Account”.
16. Only one bonus can be claimed at one time. Deposit related bonuses cannot be “stacked”.
17. Winnings from “free spin” or “bonus” features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed.
18. Players using Skrill or Neteller will be excluded from the welcome bonuses. Future bonuses can be claimed using these payment methods.
19. Casinoland management reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behaviour. Casinoland have a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse and bonus related fraudulent activity. If any bonus abuse or bonus related fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to stop any further bonuses and promotions to a players account.
20. Casinoland management have the right to update these terms at any time.

No deposit bonuses

No-deposit bonuses are capped to a maximum withdrawal of €100. Any balance exceeding this amount will be removed from the account.

Free spins bonuses

1. Casinoland may offer promotional bonuses for X amount of game spins for a pre-defined deposit amount, across specified video slots. The coin and line value per spin will be pre-defined and you will not be able to change it.
2. Winnings from any spin related bonus will be credited to your bonus balance, which is subject to the standard bonus terms and conditions, as outlined above.
3. Once a spin bonus has been awarded, you have 7 days to use the spins before they expire and are removed from your account.

Welcome bonus

1. To claim the welcome bonus or any deposit bonus, you must select the bonus when making a deposit.
2. The welcome bonus is only available across your first four deposits.
3. Deposit 1: 100% match up to €200, Deposit 2: 50% match up to €200, Deposit 3: 25% match up to €200, Deposit 4: 25% match up to €200.
4. A minimum deposit of €10 is required to claim any deposit or reload bonus.

Section 1: General Casino Rules

1.1 Sportsbook and Casino are operated by Thinkquick Ltd., a company registered by the government of St. Kitts and Nevis.

In the event of a disconnection for any reason whatsoever between the player and the casino, Intertops shall not be held liable for any resulting losses. Section 2: Bonus Promotions & Slot Tournaments

2.1 Only one bonus per customer, per household, per shared computer and shared IP address at any given time.

2.2 All bonuses awarded to customers shall be considered as betting credits only. Intertops reserves the right to audit all requests for withdrawals, to reclaim any bonuses or winnings that have been accorded prior to a failed audit and to alter or discontinue a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice.

2.3 If customers withdraw money from their account and then return it, they will not be eligible for a re-deposit bonus.

2.4 Terms and Conditions for Intertops Casino Bonus

Deposit bonuses that are exclusive to our Casino have to be redeemed with the specific Coupon Code in the “Redeem Coupon” section of the cashier in the casino client. This must be done BEFORE the deposit is made. A bonus cannot be credited in retrospect.

Only one bonus per customer can be active at any time. The identity of a customer will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.

Standard Wagering Requirements:

The bonus plus the corresponding deposit are credited to the bonus balance and have to be played through 30 times, unless otherwise stated. After completing the wagering requirements, the bonus balance is transferred to the withdrawable balance.

The bonus balance cannot be transferred from the casino.

Example:

In the event that Intertops awards a 100% bonus and the customer deposits $100, the customer must make wagers totaling at least $6,000 in the casino in order to request a withdrawal.

100% Welcome Bonus

The 100% Welcome Bonus can be only credited to accounts of players who have never before deposited into their Red Casino account (RTG).

Players are subject to the standard wagering requirements.

The minimum deposit required to receive the bonus is $20.

Non-Deposit Bonus

Any free money given without requiring a deposit has a maximum payout of 5 times the bonus amount.

This rule is also valid when a customer’s balance is positive at the time of redeeming the non-deposit bonus. After redeeming the bonus, the rule will only be annulled after the customer’s balance has reached $0 again.

Players are subject to double the standard wagering requirements.

Our birthday no-deposit bonus must be redeemed within one month of the birthday, all other no-deposit bonuses within one month of their receipt.

Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offers consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings.

Free Spins

The winnings from Free Spins have to be wagered 60 times before a withdrawal can be made. A maximum of 5 times the initial free spins value in USD can be withdrawn, if no deposit was required – unless otherwise stated.

Free Spins are always limited to one specific game.

Free Spins must be completed at the specified game before any other game can be played.

The Free Spins do not change the terms and conditions of a corresponding deposit bonus.

General Intertops Deposit Bonus offers

If a deposit bonus granted in the Sportsbook is transferred into the casino, the standard wagering requirements as defined in 2.4 apply before a withdrawal can be processed.

2.5 In the event of customers’ deposits qualifying for more than one bonus promotion, the bonus with the highest percentage is valid.

2.6 Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. Professional players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system may have their bonuses, as well as any winnings from wagers based on such bonuses, forfeited and be subject to further sanctions at the sole discretion of the Intertops management. In case of abuse, Intertops reserves the right to discontinue a customer’s membership and to prevent the player from accessing any Intertops sites in the future.

2.6.1 Please note that customers who have not made any deposits can only claim free bonus winnings one time.

2.6.2 Customers whose last deposit is older than three months and claim a free bonus, are not entitled to a withdrawal.

2.6.3 Winnings made on linked accounts using same offers will automatically be voided. Intertops reserves the right to remove the bonuses and winnings from the accounts.

2.6.4 Max bet rule for all bonuses = $10.00. Any winnings plus bonus amounts will be voided in accordance with this max bet rule.

2.7 Intertops reserves the right to exclude customers from certain or all bonus promotions without prior notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

Slot Tournaments

The Tournament Buy-In will be deducted from your Real Money account balance. Bonuses cannot be used for Buy-Ins to Slot Tournaments.

The Intertops Bonus Rules apply to the Slot Tournament Buy-Ins. If you use the playable balance originating from a no-deposit bonus to enter a tournament, the maximum payout of 5 times the bonus will be applied to any tournament winnings.

Freeroll Tournaments are only for depositing customers. If a customer has never deposited, then they are ineligible for our Freeroll Tournaments.

Players excluded from redeeming bonuses cannot enter any Slot Tournaments.

If you are disconnected from the system during tournament play, the following rules apply: If you are disconnected during play, the slot will not spin on your behalf. If you reconnect within the tournament time, you can continue playing in the tournament. If you cannot reconnect, your Win Box total will remain static, reflecting the amount at the time of disconnection.

In case a slot tournament is canceled, the Buy-In will be refunded to the player account.

9. Any money won using bonus money will be added to the player’s bonus balance. Upon the player meeting the wagering requirement, any money won using that bonus money will also be released.
10. The player’s bonus balance consists of bonus money and possible bonus winnings. Bets placed with the bonus balance cannot be used to fulfill wagering requirements.
11. If the player decides to withdraw money before reaching the wagering requirement, any relevant bonus money, including any possible bonus winnings, will be returned to Royal Panda.
12. Bonus money shall expire after 90 days of being credited if the player has not met the wagering requirements.
13. Bamboo Bonus is not available for players who make their deposit using Neteller, PayPal, Skrill or Paysafecard.
14. While playing with wagers made using their bonus balance, players are strictly prohibited from delaying the playing of a game round until after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met, and/or they have deposited new funds. 17. Royal Panda reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and any possible profits if any of Royal Panda’s terms and conditions are breached. Any player who breaches these terms may be held responsible for any costs incurred by Royal Panda as a result of that breach.
18. Royal Panda reserves the right to cancel, change and/or withdraw the Bamboo Bonus promotion at any time without prior notice.
