1. Bethard’s general Terms and Conditions apply.
2. Campaign is only valid for all new players who registered after 01/04/2019 16:00 CEST.
3. Only one account and bonus is allowed per person, account holder, IP address, household, address, phone number, bank account (including credit card, e-wallet etc.).
4. You are only eligible to claim 1 (one) welcome offer.

Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit offer, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Bethard reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition, Bethard reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer’s identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account. Examples of risk-free bets are betting on red and black in roulette.
17. Bethard reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its own discretion.

Vegas Hero Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. 1. To qualify for this promotional offer you need to have made a deposit within the past seven days.

General Casino Bonus

17. No minimal risk wagering will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Should Vegas Hero discover a player conducting the behaviours detailed below, they understand that they will have any bonuses and/or winnings declared void. An administration fee of 10% may also apply at the discretion of Vegas Hero.
    • • • a. Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less) to a high weighted game (100%) after the balance is 50% or higher compared to the balance when commencing playing with low weighted games.
        • b. Delaying any game round inside any type of game, including free spin features and bonus features, to a later time when there are no more wagering requirements and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited. Players doing so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void.

27. If a player knowingly attempts to circumvent Vegas Hero systems by using a virtual private network connection to participate in jackpots which they would otherwise not be eligible to participate in, they shall be deemed to have breached these Terms & Conditions. As a result, Vegas Hero reserves the right to void all winnings and/or deposits made.
28. If a player is a resident in a country in which gambling is illegal and they participate in jackpots or promotional offers which they would otherwise not be eligible to participate in, Vegas Hero shall retain the right to void all winnings and/or deposits made.

30. Vegas Hero reserves the right to revoke and/or cancel any bonuses, free spins or promotional prizes that we judge may have been obtained by misuse of the system.
31. Prior to any withdrawals being processed, Vegas Hero will review the player’s activity. If irregular playing patterns or game play is identified, Vegas Hero reserves the right to withhold requested withdrawals, winnings and/or block the player from accessing any products and/or services with Vegas Hero. The player will only receive the deposited funds held in the account according to the balance value minus an administrative fee of 10%.
32. Deliberately circumventing Vegas Hero bonus and/or main terms and conditions will be deemed a breach and you risk being banned plus winnings confiscated.
33. The receiver of any Bonus and the winnings generated from it shall be solely responsible for paying any relevant taxes levied in relation to the receipt of the Bonus and the winnings generated from it.

VIP Club Terms & Conditions

1. To qualify for the VIP Players Club You must be an existing customer of KAJOT and have a KYC approved account.
2. The VIP Players club is by invitation only! The invitation will be extended to players whose bets exceed:
   1. EUR 10,000.00 in one month
   2. EUR 20,000.00 over a three month period
   3. Or whose total bets since registering to exceed EUR 50,000.00 and whose deposits exceed their withdrawals by at least EUR 500.00.
3. On acceptance of the invitation, a VIP Welcome Bonus of EUR 200.00 will be credited to Your Members Account. This Bonus is subject to wagering requirements of 30 times the amount.
4. VIP Players Club Members are not entitled to Cashback under the Loyalty program.

VIP Cashback:

1. In order for the VIP Cashback to be awarded, your bets must exceed your winnings and your deposits must exceed your withdrawals.
2. 10% of the difference between Your Bets and Your wins up to 10% of the difference between Your deposits and Your withdrawals from the previous month will be credited to Your Members Account, in the following month.

Top 10 Players VIP Bonus

1. The amount of the Top 10 Players VIP Bonus is EUR 100 + 100 Free Spins.
2. The Top 10 Players VIP bonus offer is limited to one Top 10 Players VIP bonus per player per Month.
3. The sum of the Top 10 Players VIP bonus is non-redeemable
4. At the start of each month, the Top 10 VIP Players from the previous month will be collated according to bet amount.
5. Free games will not be taken into consideration regarding the Top 10 Players VIP Bonus.
6. Your Top 10 Players VIP bonus will be credited at the latest on the 5th of the month to your players account.
